During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Arnold Arboretum in Boston remained open, providing a safe outdoor space for visitors. William "Ned" Friedman, The Arboretum's director, worked to ensure safety protocols were followed. Ater spending time with nature gives mentel and physical benefits. The Arboretum plans to make a mobile visitor center to engage with their neighbors and deepen their connection.
