A Barista 2 degree certification course

Day 1.

I arrived on time at around 9 o'clock and received safety training for the first hour. I was trained on evacuation routes, how to use and where the descending life line and fire extinguishers are at. Then, I was explained the 6-day class schedule and plan. After that, I learned how to make espresso. I learned how to use the coffee machine and grinded coffee beans. After that, I had rabokki, which is ramen and tteokbokki mixed together, for lunch and practiced making espresso again. I learned how to prepare beforehand as well. Then, we cleaned up, and went home.
